  2. 1-D, 2-D, 3-1 but it was OK because I cleared my plate, 4- I think Madonna excuses talent! Although I guess she would exclude a little less if she kept her pants on.

    1. Closer. D is the correct answer to the first question. You're at 50 percent. Unfortunately, your response to the Madonna question drops your score by half, so you're now tied for first.

      With, apparently, yourself.

  3. Good Grief! Tell the fussy people to watch the movie Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. It's free and very inspirational @ jointhereboot.com

You're doing a great job, taking back your health! I'm excercising and eating raw too. I've lost 25 lbs. with 75 lbs. to go.

Thanks for all your posts. I stumbled on here while searching for Raw Weight Loss.

    1. Watched it about six months ago, and was inspired (though not sufficiently to act on it). But it is sort of a paradigm shifter, and well worth the 90 minutes. Just watched it again. Still good.

My thoughts about juicing: I prefer blending. That way, you get all the micronutrients, plus the fiber. And best of all, you don't have to scrub the darned juicer.

    2. I agree about the blending, it makes more sense to me.
